Hey there, welcome to
I am just a developer who cannot stop learning new things, and I dump practically everything I learn onto my Discord server so it acts like my second brain. Honestly, nothing gets me more excited than discovering some obscure tool or tech that solves a problem I didn't even realize I was dealing with. Over the years I've picked up quite a mix of languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Pascal, C#, Python, Markdown, Bash, Powershell, and Lua. Currently, I am diving deep into cloud computing just for the fun of it. College is actually pretty chill, which is great because it gives me enough time to juggle my studies with all my random side projects. Also, yes, I use Arch Linux. I know it is a cliché, but once you have customized your system to that level of detail, you really cannot go back to anything else.
The stuff you probably didn't ask for
I am still grinding on my coding skills while trying to keep my older projects alive. Back in the day, I was totally obsessed with movies and ended up joining a fansubbing crew where we translated a ton of shows and movies from English to Indonesian. I even tried translating some light novels, but I did not get very far with that before stopping (lol).
That whole phase dragged me into the world of video encoding, where I spent ages figuring out how to compress high-quality footage into tiny file sizes without making it look like garbage. From there, I got curious about how websites actually function and the backend tech powering them. I started writing simple scripts and macros just to automate the boring parts of my workflow and make learning less painful. Eventually, I graduated to actual programming languages and started building real apps. I have probably started over 40 projects by now, but most of them sit in the graveyard because they got too complicated or I found out someone else had already built something better.
College has been taking up more of my time lately, so I have learned to focus only on finishing the projects I truly care about. Somewhere along the way, I turned into a massive Linux nerd. I use Arch btw 😎 (yes, I'm THAT guy). These days my main focus is just tech in general. I am constantly trying to cram as much new knowledge into my brain as possible. I am just vibing and learning as I go.
Check out my previous project
I built this multi-device WhatsApp bot on top of the Whiskey framework because I was getting sick of the limitations in standard bots. It is not just about simple auto-replies; I coded in full group administration tools, on-the-fly sticker creation, and heavy media processing. I basically crammed every feature I ever wanted (from productivity hacks to random mini-games) into a single script so I wouldn't have to juggle five different bots just to get things done.
Coded this utility out of pure frustration when my laptop kept suspending in the middle of overnight downloads. It subtly simulates user activity to force the system to stay awake (absolute lifesaver for school or office computers where the admin has locked the power settings). It is extremely lightweight, sits quietly in the system tray, and makes sure your background tasks actually cross the finish line without eating up your RAM.
What started as a quick weekend script to bypass speed caps eventually morphed into a full-blown download manager. It uses dynamic segmentation to split files into chunks and max out your bandwidth (basically IDM but open source and without the bloat). I use it for everything now, from grabbing huge ISOs to batch downloading documents. Recently added native torrent support and a CLI mode, so it is pretty much my Swiss Army knife for file transfers on any OS.
This is my personal "panic button" for privacy. One hotkey doesn't just minimize windows; it completely wipes them from the taskbar and kills the system audio instantly. It is perfect for open office setups or when someone sneaks up behind you while you are working on something private. The apps don't close, they just vanish. One click later, everything restores exactly as you left it. Simple, but it has saved me from so many awkward conversations.
